Salisbury Hospice is bringing back one of its most popular fundraisers for 2024, with a special twist.

The Midnight Walk is returning on the evening of Saturday 27th April, with the aim of creating a neon procession around the city's streets.

The event will start and finish at Five Rivers Leisure Centre, with walkers taking on either a 6 or 10 mile route, in support of the Hospice and their work.

It's open to anyone over the age of 12, with dogs allowed too - and neon or high-vis clothing and accessories are being actively encouraged!

There'll be a dusky party warm-up for everyone taking part, before they complete the walk under the stars, to commemorate loved ones.

Hundreds of people have taken part in Midnight Walks for Salisbury Hospice over the years

The charity's describing it as a 'fun and incredibly moving' event, with a memories board there, to give people a chance to dedicate a star to someone they're walking for.

Everyone taking part will receive a living medal in the form of ‘Forget Me Not’ seeds, to grow flowers in memory of someone special.

Registration is now open through the Salisbury Hospice website.
