A drug driver from Salisbury, who crashed his van into three parked vehicles, has been handed a three year ban.

38 year old George Brown from Pullman Drive admitted a driving offence at Salisbury Magistrates Court.

He was driving a Ford Transit back in February, which crashed into parked cars, took out some wooden fencing and came to a stop in some bushes.

The collision happened in Moyne Gardens in Amesbury.

Brown failed a roadside drugs wipe for cocaine and cannabis.

He's been given a 12 month community order, as well as the three year disqualification.
