Restrictions lifted for Wiltshire concessionary bus pass users
Wiltshire Council lifts time limits
Concessionary bus pass users in Wiltshire can now travel for free all day every day on public buses.
Wiltshire Council has lifted time restrictions with the pass valid at any time until March 31st next year for those boarding in the county.
The local authority says it wants to encourage as many people as possible to use the bus.
Previously those who are who qualified as concessionary passengers due to age or disability were only entitled to free off-peak travel on local services from 9:30 am to 11pm, Monday to Friday, all day at weekends and Bank Holidays.
