Man pleads guilty to dangerous driving after police pursuit in Salisbury

The incident ended with a car crashing into a wall

A BMW failed to stop for police on Southampton Road in the early hours of Sunday morning (1st August).

A police pursuit followed before the BMW collided with a wall in St Margaret's Close in Shady Bower.

The driver was arrested.

Lloyd Buckling, 34, of Southampton Road, appeared at Salisbury Magistrates yesterday where he pleaded guilty to dangerous driving, driving without insurance and driving while over the legal alcohol limit.

He was released on conditional bail and is due to appear at Salisbury Crown Court next month for sentencing.
