Police in Salisbury are looking for three good Samaritans who helped a man who was assaulted in the city.

On Saturday July 17th outside the Chick-o-land takeaway at 2am, the victim was punched in the face, causing him to be cut above his eye.

Two women and a man came to his aid, calling an ambulance and also paying for a taxi to take him to Salisbury District Hospital.

They told the victim they’d witnessed the incident but unfortunately, he didn’t take their details.

Police would like to speak to those people who helped him.

If you were one of the three people who helped the victim or you were there and saw what happened, call police on 101 quoting log 54210069021.
