The company already runs a sourdough pizza outlet from the Pembroke Arms pub in Wilton, opening during the summer.

They're now quickly expanding into Salisbury as well.

Nole is taking over the site that was formerly home to the York Roast Co.

The building's currently being fitted out, with hopes to open in November.

Ethan Davids, owner of Nole Pizza, said:

"We cannot wait to add something slightly different to Salisbury's food scene - hand stretched sourdough pizza topped with the absolute best of local produce with a focus on simplicity.

"We've had the most unbelievably fun start to life at our other little pizza shop in Wilton so cannot wait to open our doors on the market square. Starting anything during a pandemic presents complications, but the local area has a history of getting behind one another during times of crisis, and we just want to keep everyone fed whilst they're doing so!"

Nole is recruiting for staff to work in the Salisbury branch, with further details on their Facebook page.
