After Salisbury's Christmas lights were turned on over the weekend, the city is looking rather festive.

No public celebration took place this year due to the pandemic, but Salisbury's Christmas spirit has gone nowhere.

Decorations are dotted around the city in places like the Old George Mall, Salisbury Cathedral and the Market Square.

CHRISTMAS TREE TRAIL

On Saturday (21st November) the new Salisbury Christmas Tree Trail was launched.

People have until the 4th of January to go round and find all twelve large trees that have been decorated and put up around the city.

The Christmas Tree Trail launched on Saturday

Once a letter is found at each tree, families need to fill out a form and hand it in at the post box at the Guildhall.

Entries then go into a prize draw to win a £50 Salisbury Gift Card.
