Old Sarum Car Boots raise £5K for Salisbury FC
The funds are vital to the clubs progression
The Car Boot sales being held in Old Sarum have now raised more than £5,000 to help Salisbury Football Club.
The events at the Ray Mac has now been running for just over a year and now has a thriving group of regular sellers with bacon butties, cakes and refreshments available from the Car Boot Café.
The Car Boots are run by a group of volunteers and the vital money raised is a huge help the club to support the Southern Premier side.
The success has come despite a sluggish start to the event, but momentum has built up to reach this milestone achievement.
Funds are continuing to be raised this morning (Sunday 2nd April) and at the next event on May 7th.
