The lights at the Netherhampton Road junction were hit by a car
The traffic lights at the Netherhampton Road junction on the A36 have been knocked down.
The fallen lights caused the road to become blocked, with debris across the road, on Thursday (12th October) morning.
A set of temporary three-way traffic lights have been put into place and a vehicle has been recovered.
A man in his 40s has been reported for careless driving.
