Misconduct hearing to take place into Wiltshire Police Officer

It relates to three allegations that have been made

Wiltshire Police are going to be holding a misconduct hearing into one of their officers.

It's alleged that Police Sergeant 2453 Gavin Hucks**_** "breached the standard of professional behaviour"_.

Three allegations have been made against Sergeant Hucks, which will be heard about.

These are:

Allegation 1 - Between January 2019 and June 2019 Sgt Hucks sought to pursue a relationship with an officer junior to him in service and for whom he had supervisory responsibility.

Allegation 2 - Between 1st January - 31st March 2019, Sgt Hucks was on duty in a police vehicle together with a female officer when he parked in a remote location on the outskirts of Trowbridge. Whilst parked he conducted himself in an inappropriate manner and sexually assaulted her.

Allegation 3 - Between 1st January - 31st March 2019, Sgt Hucks was on duty in a police vehicle together with a female officer when he parked in a remote location on Salisbury Plain near Chitterne. Whilst parked he conducted himself in an inappropriate manner and sexually assaulted her.

The hearing takes place on Monday June 7th and the public can attend.
