Police say they're seeing increasing reports of anti-social behaviour

There's a warning to people in the Amesbury area who are riding mini motos and scrambler bikes - police will deal with incidents of them being used illegally.

Officers say they're seeing an increase in reports of anti-social behaviour connected to the vehicles.

A bike has already been seized by police in Larkhill in recent weeks.

The vehicles are treated in the same way as motorcycles, and so need to have a number plate, insurance, and MOT and be road taxed - as well as the rider needing to have a licence themselves.

Parents of children with the bikes are being reminded that they are the ones liable for points on their driving licence or fines, if a child is caught riding illegally.
