Man flees scene after flipping stolen car in Ludgershall

Police are now hoping someone may have witnessed the incident take place

At approximately 3:15pm on Saturday (9th January) Wiltshire Police were called to a report of single-vehicle collision in Ludgershall.

The incident involved a white Mitsubishi Colt, which had ended up on it's roof on Biddesden Lane.

Its thought the driver of the vehicle got out the vehicle and left the scene on foot.

The vehicle was reported stolen from an address in the town on the same day.

Police are now hoping someone witnessed the collision and can help police with their enquiries.

The man is described as:

  • White
  • Aged in his 20s
  • Wearing a grey tracksuit
