Man charged for going equipped for theft in Salisbury

He will appear in court later this year

A 39 year old man has been charged for going equipped for theft in Salisbury.

Clive Mitchell was arrested after a routine stop by officers from the Salisbury Community Policing Team on Thursday 14th January.

Mitchell, of Ashwell in Mere, was pulled over by police on Southampton Road.

He has also been charged with driving whilst uninsured, driving without a valid licence and prohibited use of rebated heavy oil.

He has been released on conditional bail to appeal before court on the 23rd of April.
