Man assaulted by "large numbers" of young teenagers in Salisbury

A man has been assaulted by a group of youths late at night in Salisbury.

At around 11pm on Monday (27th June) the man in his 20s was in Queen Elizabeth Gardens.

He was involved in an assault which had a large number of suspects aged between 13 and 15 years old.

The man was left with bruising to his face and ear, after he was repeatedly assaulted.

It started in the gardens before spilling out onto Crane Bridge Road.

Wiltshire Police are now urging anyone with any information on this incident to get in touch.
