Driver has lucky escape after car flips in Salisbury

Wiltshire Police say the grey BMW left the road at Churchill Way South and ended up in a ditch.

The ambulance service were called for the male driver but no injuries were reported.

No other people were in the vehicle.

The force say the incident at 5pm on the 2nd of January was one of several it attended with conditions that evening 'very wet.'

It issued a reminder for motorists to "adjust your speed accordingly to the road conditions and do not treat the speed limit as a target."
