Laverstock school damage but nothing taken during burglary

Police responded to reports of a burglary on Sunday evening

A secondary school in South Wiltshire has been damaged after it was burgled yesterday evening (24/11).

It happened around 6pm at Wyvern St Edmunds in Laverstock.

Police attended the school after reports of a burglary being in progress - but the suspects had disappeared by the time they arrived.

It's understood nothing was taken from the school.

Three young men were seen acting suspiciously - one of whom was carrying a red bag and wearing a green coat.

One man was wearing a black coat with grey tracksuit bottoms, another wearing a blue coat with dark trousers and the third wearing a green coat with grey/blue trousers and a red bag.

Police are appealing for witnesses and are asking anyone with information to contact them on 101 quoting reference number of 54240138893.
