More than £12,000 of jewellery stolen in Salisbury burglaries

Wiltshire Police are linking two incidents in the city

Police in Salisbury are linking two burglaries in the space of a week - in which more than £12,000 worth of jewellery has been stolen.

The first incident happened at a property in Wavell Road between 9.30am and 10.35am on Monday last week (17th October).

Another incident then happened at Millbrook on Monday this week (24th October) between 10.05am and 10.50am.

One of the burglaries took place in Millbrook, off The Avenue, in Salisbury

The same suspect is thought to be involved in both burglaries.

They're described as:

  • White male
  • Aged in his late 30s
  • Slim build
  • Carrying a small rucksack

Officers are now asking anyone with doorbell cameras or CCTV in the area to get in touch with them.
