Thousands of pounds worth of jewellery stolen in Fonthill burglary

Several thousand pounds worth of jewellery's been stolen from a South Wiltshire home.

The items were taken from a property that was broken into in the Stop Street area of Fonthill Gifford.

The theft happened at some point over the Easter weekend (Friday 29th March to Monday 1st April).

Wiltshire Police say they're investigating and want to hear from anyone who might have seen suspicious activity in the area.

We're also asked to report any instances where jewellery's being sold on local selling sites in unusual circumstances.
