A horse box has been destroyed by fire in a field near Dinton.

Firefighters from Wilton were called out just after 6.30pm on Wednesday (3rd July).

They found the trailer well alight, with concerns it could spread to a nearby hedgerow.

The blaze was put out without any damage to the bushes, using hose reels, a rake and thermal imaging camera.

No animals were harmed in the incident, as fire crews confirmed the horse box was empty when they arrived.
