Girl in life-threatening condition following A345 crash

The collision involved a minibus and a Land Rover at Enford

A young girl's in a life-threatening condition in hospital following a two vehicle collision on the A345 at Enford.

A minibus and a Land Rover were involved in the crash at Newtown at around 4.45pm yesterday (Wednesday 5th June).

The girl, who was a passenger in the minibus, was taken to Southampton General Hospital for treatment.

The road had to be closed overnight while enquiries and recovery of the vehicle was carried out, but has since reopened.

There's now an appeal for witnesses to contact Wiltshire Police's Serious Collision Investigation Team.

Officer are keen to gather dash cam footage from the area around the time of the crash.
