There's more disruption for the A36 Wilton Road from this evening (Monday 18th November) - for the next two and a half weeks.

National Highways is doing resurfacing between the Wilton roundabout and Skew Bridge.

But the road will be shut in both direction from the Wilton roundabout to St Paul's roundabout each weeknight from 9.00pm to 6.00am while they're on site.

The route will be fully open during the days and at weekends.

It's the same area that was affected by gas main pipe replacements last week.

There'll be a diversion route in place during the work, taking drivers along the A360 and The Avenue, with signs up on the St Paul's roundabout.

Residents living within the closure will need to be escorted through the work area, with escort vans positioned at all accesses and side roads to assist.

There's a warning some of the work will be noisy too, and National Highways apologise for any inconvenience caused.
