A woman from Wiltshire has been fined after her rubbish was discovered in a fly-tip near Thruxton circuit in December.

Angela Keen, of The Groves, Chilton Foliat, appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on March 21st.

She pled guilty to not transferring her rubbish to an authorised person after paying two men £200 to dispose of her waste.

Ms Keen did not ask for any transfer notes or legal documents before handing over the money.

The waste included various items, such as: a guitar, old games console and a laptop.

Paperwork found amongst the rubbish by Police led them back to Ms Keen, 54, who has been ordered to pay a fine of £140 and £100 in compensation for the clean up of the waste.
