Racing is back in Salisbury this afternoon (Wednesday 20th April).

The Netherhampton course is hosting their first meeting of the season later - with gates opening at 2.30pm.

It's expected to be busy on the surrounding roads, especially as racegoers leave the site.

There are seven races on the card today - the first at 4.25pm and the last going off at 7.40pm.

Special bus services are being run from Salisbury train station to the Netherhampton track at 2.30 and 3.30pm, returning to the city centre at 8.00pm.

Tickets start from ÂŁ13 for adults and children under 17 go free - those tickets are available on the gates.

This is the first of 16 fixtures across the season at Salisbury Racecourse.
