Salisbury Guildhall is hosting its first ever Health and Wellbeing exhibition today (Sunday 29th October).

Visitors will be able to get tips and ideas from experts, as well as see demonstrations, classes and talks for free between 10.00am and 3.00pm.

And it’s not all about being active, with one class centred around colour analysis, where we can explore the impact wearing clothing and accessories that complement our natural skin tones, hair and eye colour.

The exhibition is aimed at all age groups, with talks on the emotional wellbeing of children and young people as well as new activities such as Kendo martial arts and Fencing.

The event is aimed at helping us identify groups and organisations that can help us get fitter, healthier and happier, the full schedule for which can be seen here.
