Walk for Wards returns to the grounds of Wilton House next month after a two year break due to Covid.

1,600 people have already signed up and pledged to raise funds for the Stars Appeal, Salisbury Hospital’s Charity.

There's still time to get involved with the deadline to take part Tuesday 28th June.

Many of those who take part have a very personal reason for doing so.

Money raised by the walk will help the Stars Appeal towards the £1million it aims to raise this year to fund additional equipment, care and facilities which help thousands of patients, families and the NHS staff who care for them.

Lord Pembroke, President of the Stars Appeal is hosting the walk;

"I am so excited to be able to welcome you all back to Wilton House for Walk for Wards. The Stars Appeal is so important to all the community in Salisbury and all the staff at Salisbury Hospital. And your support will make such a difference. So please come and join me and my family this year at Walk for Wards. Thank you.”

Lord Pembroke can't wait to welcome Stars Appeal supporters back to Wilton House

Walk for Wards is free to enter, includes a free lunch and free admission to the Wilton House grounds and adventure playground afterwards. Participants are asked to raise a minimum of £20 sponsorship.
