Man dies in crash on village lane in South Wiltshire

A man in his 60s has died following a crash in Farley yesterday afternoon (17th May).

It happened on Lucewood Lane around 2.55pm and involved a blue Skoda Karoq and a black Volkswagen Golf.

The driver of the Skoda died a short time later in hospital.

His family have been informed and Wiltshire Police say their ' thoughts are with them at this very difficult time.'

The driver of the Golf, a man in his 30s, was taken to Salisbury District Hospital as a precaution but was discharged a short time later.

Wiltshire Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit are investigating and want any witnesses to contact them.
