Cavanagh's been handed a two year and four month prison sentence after pleading guilty to possession with intent to supply a Class A drug.

He appeared before Salisbury Crown Court on Friday (30th October).

Cavanagh had been stopped by police on the A345 between Devizes and Durrington in November 2019, as his BMW had a faulty headlight.

When he was pulled over, police noticed his phone was open on the centre console and was showing messages related to drug dealing.

He was detained under the Misuse of Drugs Act, and when he was searched, £450 in cash was found in his wallet.

Cavanagh was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.

He then told police where they could find cocaine in his home, when police told Cavanagh they'd need to search his address.

Officers found 15 clear bags of cocaine, with a street value of around £500.

During a police interview, he admitted selling drugs for two months.
