Officers from Amesbury, along with the dog section and firearms department did the searches on Tuesday morning (25th January).

They targeted an address in Crescent Road, Bulford and another on Bulford Road in Durrington.

The warrants were granted after concerns were raised from local people about suspected drug activity, including dealing.

One of the search warrants was carried out at Crescent Road in Bulford

During one of the searches, Class A and Class B drugs were seized, along with items thought to be used for drug dealing.

Two people were arrested on suspicion of possession of Class A and Class B drugs with intent to supply.

They'll be interviewed at a later date.

Sergeant Steve Jolly from Wiltshire Police said:

“Our enquiries in relation to these warrants remain ongoing. I’d like to reassure any local residents who may have been concerned by the police presence in the area as a result of these warrants, that we take reports of drug supply seriously and will not tolerate drug dealing and any associated crime within our community.”

We're asked to keep reporting and suspected drug activity to officers, for them to investigate.

You can do that by calling 101, or 999 if it's an emergency.
