Driver seriously injured in A345 crash at Netheravon

A driver's suffered potentially life-changing injuries in a crash on the A345 at Netheravon.

Wiltshire Police were called at around 1.15pm this afternoon (Wednesday 2nd April) to reports of a two vehicle collision.

A Peugeot van and a Hyundai i10 were involved.

A woman in her 70s, behind the wheel of the Hyundai, has been seriously injured.

The road has been closed to allow for emergency services to work at the scene, om recovery and investigations into the crash.

We're told that closure isn't expected to be in place into the evening rush hour though.
