Double ban for Salisbury drink driver

A Salisbury man's was caught by Police twice

Jake Quinn has been disqualified from driving for 3 years, ordered to pay a fine of £966, as well as a victim surcharge of £86 and costs of £170.

On 17 October 2020, 23 year old Quinn was stopped on London Road in Amesbury.

Police officers saw him driving in the dark with no lights on.

Then on the evening of 27 November 2020, Quinn was seen driving erratically in Salisbury by police, and eventually stopped on Maryland Close, Salisbury.

On both occasions Quinn, who lives in Maryland Close, Salisbury, blew over the legal limit when he was breathalysed.

He was sentenced at Salisbury Magistrates Court on Thursday, 4 Feb 2021.
