Discoloured water issue in SP5 resolved

It affected water in the Redlynch, Woodfalls and Morgan's Vale area yesterday

Bournemouth Water have confirmed that the issues they were having yesterday in the SP5 area are now fully resolved.

Yesterday (Friday 28 January) it was being reported that water supplies in the Redlynch, Woodfalls and Morgan's Vale area had been disrupted.

It was due to a burst main pipe but Bournemouth Water said they had been working to fix the issue.

Today (Saturday 29 January), Bournemouth Water have taken to Twitter to update residents.

They say if you are still experiencing discoloured water then please run it off until clear.
