Normal service resumes at Salisbury District Hospital department after flooding

One facility had to be closed yesterday

Face-to-face appointments at Salisbury District Hospital's Medical Surgical Outpatient facility couldn't be held on site yesterday (19th July) due to 'clean water flooding.''

Patients affected were contacted by hospital staff with urgent cases asessed.

The Trust have confirmed appointments will return to normal today (Tuesday 20th July).

"Due to prompt action by the team onsite, face to face appointments at Medical Surgery Outpatients will return to normal on Tuesday".

"We are sorry for any inconvenience or stress caused by todays unexpected closure."
