A cyclist has been lucky to suffer only minor injuries in a fail-to-stop collision in Salisbury.

The rider was struck by a white car which pulled out of Cherry Orchard Lane onto Wilton Road at around 6.45am yesterday morning (Wednesday 9th November).

The car left the scene, in the direction of the city centre, without stopping at the scene.

Wiltshire Police are now asking anyone who might have seen what happened to get in touch with them.

They're especially keen to hear from drivers who might have dash cam footage.

If you can help, you're asked to contact officers on 101, quoting reference number 54220118167.
