Hampshire residents are now able to collect Covid-19 tests from several sites across the county.

Families and bubbles of school pupils can collect a rapid lateral flow test from Shepherds Spring Lane car park in Andover.

The testing kits also became available for households with school-aged children in Salisbury earlier this week.

Hampshire testing sites are open in the morning for appointment-only testing on site for those with Covid symptoms.

But Hampshire council said that following a deep clean, they will then re-open from 1pm to 7pm for people without symptoms to collect the test-at-home kits.

WHERE TO COLLECT A KIT IN HAMPSHIRE

  • Shepherds Spring Lane car park, Andover
  • Southampton Airport
  • Parsons Barracks car park, Aldershot
  • The Anvil, Churchill Way E, Basingstoke
  • Cams Alders car park, Fareham
  • Walpole Park car park, Gosport
  • Havant Civic Centre car park, Havant
  • Worthy Lane car park, Winchester

A spokesperson from Hampshire Council said:

"Anyone testing positive at home will be asked to confirm their result via a follow up appointment at one of the centres where they will get tested again.

"Those undertaking at-home testing will be asked to register their results with NHS Test and Trace."

Anyone unable to collect a test from one of those centres, can order a test for home delivery kit here.
