LOCAL ELECTIONS: Councillors for Salisbury City Council confirmed

The results for Salisbury City Council have now all been declared after a day of counting at Five Rivers.

Residents have elected 24 Councillors to represent the eight wards covering the city for the next four years.

The Conservative party has secured eleven seats, the Liberal Democrats and Labour each won six seats and one has gone to an independent.

There are also two married couples representing local residents,** Tom and Caroline Corbin and Samuel and Victoria Charleston.

The count for Salisbury City Council took place at Five Rivers Leisure Centre.
