Covid-19: One more death confirmed at Salisbury district Hospital

185 people have now died at the hospital after testing positive for Coronavirus

One more person has died with Covid-19 at Salisbury District Hospital, according to the latest data released by the Trust.

A woman in her 80's, with underlying health conditions, passed away on Saturday,

A Spokesperson from Salisbury District Hospital said:

"Sadly, we can confirm that another patient who had been cared for at Salisbury District Hospital and had tested positive for COVID-19 has died.

"A woman in her 80s, with underlying health conditions, died on 6th February 2021.

"Our thoughts and condolences are with the patient's family and loved ones at this very difficult and distressing time."

The total number of patients that have died at Salisbury District Hospital after receiving a COVID-19 positive test result is now 185.
