Comedy night raises £11,000 for Hampshire children's hospice

Top name comedians, including Romesh Ranganathan and Paul McCaffrey, have been showing their support for Hampshire children's hospice, Naomi House.
They, along with Cally Beaton, Esther Manito and Gbemi Oladipo, has performed at the children's hospice's first comedy night at Theatre Royal Winchester.
The evening's raised £11,000 for Naomi House and Jacksplace's work with children and young adults with life limiting conditions.
That amount would fund 500 hours of expert nursing care.
Paul McCaffrey - award-winning comedian, TV personality and co-host of smash hit podcast 'What’s Upset You Now?' - said:
“What a fantastic night! It was an honour to be asked to help organise this event for such a wonderful organisation and I’m so delighted with how it went. All of the incredible acts gave their time for the cause and put on a great show and the audience were an absolute dream! Can’t wait to do it all again next year.”
