Charter Market in Salisbury cancelled due to bad forecast
It's the second time in just over a week
Salisbury City Council have announced that tomorrow's Charter Market in the city (Tuesday 7th December) has been cancelled.
Organisers say, unfortunately, it's due to the high winds and adverse weather that's expected in the area tomorrow.
A yellow weather warning for wind has been issued for South Wiltshire and West Hampshire, as well as much of the UK.
Salisbury City Council announced the news on their Twitter:
"Due to the high winds and adverse weather conditions predicted, tomorrow's Charter Market has been cancelled. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."
It's the second time in just over a week the Charter Market has been cancelled.
The event on Saturday 27th November didn't go ahead due to Storm Arwen.
