Police investigating burglaries in Fordingbridge release CCTV image

Officers have today (21 March) released a CCTV image of a man they’d like to speak to in connection with a number of burglaries in the Fordingbridge and Ringwood area.

It comes after a number of business burglaries and attempted burglaries were reported to police which occurred on Ringwood and Fordingbridge High Streets between Saturday 12 March and the following day (Sunday 13 March).

The Dolls House Tea Rooms in Fordingbridge was targeted along with The Cottage Loaf with both premises having their doors smashed in to gain entry, meanwhile an attempted burglary was also made at Carl Hillwood Hair and Beauty salon in the town.

Hampshire Police have now confirmed there were further breaks-ins at premises at The Furlong and Christchurch Road in Ringwood at similar times.

Anyone who recognises the person pictured or has seen him in the local area is urged to call 101, quoting crime reference 44220100708.
