Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service (DWFRS) are beginning an investigation into a commercial building fire in Salisbury on Wednesday morning.

The service were called to Castle Street around 10:16am, where an outbuilding has been completely destroyed.

A small part, around 5% of the main building's ground floor has suffered fire damage.

It's believed that the outbuilding contained propane cylinders.

In a statement, the service said: "Appliances from Salisbury and Verwood are in attendance along with Hampshire & IOW crews from Romsey and Fordingbridge.

"Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used main jets and to extinguish the fire, no casualties have been reported and the fire is now believed to be out.

"An investigation will now take place to determine the cause."
