Driver punched after man 'nearly run over' in Salisbury

Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses after an assault in Salisbury earlier this week.
At around 11pm on Tuesday (July 26) a man in his 20s was pulled from his vehicle in Elm Grove Road after a man accused him of nearly running him over.
The driver was punched numerous times during the assault.
Thankfully he wasn't seriously injured.
Police have now arrested a man in his 20s on suspicion of common assault. He's been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
