Barford St Martin fuel theft suspect caught on CCTV

Police want to speak to the man pictured in connection with the theft of fuel in Barford St Martin.

They say he walked onto the forecourt of the Tinker Bell service station on Monday August 9, and filled a metal petrol can.

He then walked off in the direction of Wilton without paying. Salisbury Police said:

"We’re hoping you can help us identify this man who we’d like to speak to following a theft in Barford St Martin.

"It happened on Monday August 9 (09/08) at around 3.15pm when a man walked on to the forecourt of the Tinker Bell service station and filled a metal petrol can with fuel to the value of £24.84. He then walked off in the direction of Wilton without paying.

"Enquiries, including a review of CCTV footage, have been carried out and we’d like to talk to this man in connection with our investigation.
