Appeal after A4 crash, as cyclist left with potentially life threatening injuries

It happened at 5.10pm yesterday on the eastbound carriageway towards Marlborough.

Police are appealing for witnesses after a crash on the A4, in West Kennet between a cyclist and a motorcyclist.

At 5.10pm yesterday (11/09) the two vehicles collided while travelling eastbound towards Marlborough.

The cyclist, a man in his 60s, was taken to hospital with potentially life threatening injuries.

The motorcyclist, a man in his 50s, was also taken to hospital with injuries not thought to be life threatening.
