Mark Verbinnen has stepped down from his role
Amesbury Town Councillor Mark Verbinnen has criticised the Council's leadership for 'not progressing anything'.
He's has announced he’s stepping down as a Town Councillor, but will remain a member of Wiltshire Council, where he represents Amesbury East & Bulford.
Posting on his social media pages, Cllr Verbinnen said he had raised several concerns with the remaining councillors, saying he hopes they take them seriously.
He added: “The council has not progressed anything since the current leadership took over, it's time for a change.
“I leave proud of what I have done over the last few years.”
