Would you like a family photo taken by an Amesbury photographer this Christmas, in return for supporting two local charities?

Simon Ward is taking his Doorstep Snaps back out on the road over the next few weeks (until 24th December).

Simon's been taking Doorstep Snaps at various times since 2020, starting off the idea during Covid

He'll take pictures of families, ideally in festive attire, in return for donations to the Stars Appeal at Salisbury District Hospital and Julia's House children's hospice.

He's so far raised over £7,300 for the causes through the idea - that's been split with £3,021 for Julia's House and £4,326 for the Stars Appeal.

It's the sixth edition of the idea, which started during Covid.

Simon's aiming to reach the £8,000 mark during the latest effort.
