Simon Ward from Amesbury wanted to document the Covid-19 pandemic through photographs, while also raising some money for the Stars Appeal at Salisbury District Hospital, and Julia's House children's hospice.

He went to people's homes and took pictures of households on their own doorsteps, in return for a donation.

Over 100 families and businesses took part last time between May and July, with £3,345 raised for the causes.

Now, Simon's starting up the scheme again, with a festive feel!

He's encouraging families to get involved for a photo, donning their best Christmas jumpers and decorations!

There's no target set for how much he'd like to raise, or how many photos he can take, but Simon wants to get in as many as possible in the run-up to Christmas.

Anyone in the SP1, SP2, SP3, SP4, SP5 & SP9 postcodes can take part, with Simon coming to you for a socially-distanced picture.

You can book a slot through the Simon Ward Photography website.

JustGiving pages have also been set up to take in the donations for the Stars Appeal and Julia's House.
