Amesbury Police's Team 4 had a busy shift on Friday evening (29 Jan 2021).

Officers had a tip-off from a member of the public about a possible breach of COVID-19 rules.

COVID RULE BREAKERS GETTING HAIRCUT

Three males were found having their hair cut by a fourth male in a residence, and none of them were related to each other as family.

All three individuals were reported for breaching the strict coronavirus regulations and are receiving a fixed penalty notice in due course.

None of them were heeding the critical rules during this pandemic to stop the spread of coronavirus:

Stay at Home, Protect The NHS, and Save Lives.

DRUG DRIVER ALSO CAUGHT

Amesbury Police also arrested a man for drug driving after following a vehicle around the Durrington and Larkhill areas. The driver failed a roadside drugs wipe for Cocaine.
