A man dies after collision on A360 near Salisbury

A second man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries

A man has died after a collision involving a van on the A360 near Salisbury.

Emergency services were called to the scene of the accident, between Camp Hill and Church Bottom, at around 7:30pm on Thursday evening (25th May).

The driver of the van, a man in his 20s was pronounced dead at the scene.

The passenger of the same vehicle, a man in his 50s, has been taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Police say the occupants of the second vehicle involved weren't seriously injured.

Officers are appealing for witnesses of the accident and say their thoughts are with the families of those involved.

The road was closed for around 15 hours, reopening on Friday morning (26th May).
