Serious crash on A36 at Stapleford
A man's suffered potentially life-changing injuries

A serious collision between a car and a motorbike has meant the A36 has been closed at Stapleford this afternoon (Tuesday 18th July).
The crash happened at around 11.20am today.
A man's been taken to hospital with potential life-changing injuries, and his next of kin has been informed.
National Highways and Wiltshire Police have shut the route between the Avenue at Wilton and the Deptford interchange.
We're warned the road is likely to remain shut into this evening, while investigation work is carried out, and recovery is arranged for the vehicles.
National Highways is asking drivers to avoid the area, allow extra time for journeys and plan ahead.
Traffic's being diverted up the A360, to Longbarrow roundabout, join the A303 and back onto the A36 at Deptford - for westbound journeys.
That route's reversed for eastbound traffic.
Wiltshire Police are appealing for anyone with information on the collision, including witnesses with dash cam footage in particular to contact them.
