Teenage motorcyclist taken to hospital after A30 collision with tractor
The rider's injuries are said to be 'significant'
A teenage motorcyclist has been taken to hospital with significant injuries after colliding with a tractor on the A30 on Thursday morning.
Wiltshire Police say the accident happened around 11:40am near Ludwell Hill, at the junction with Coronation Close.
The male rider, who's from Shaftesbury, collided with a tractor that was turning onto the A30.
Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident.
The road was closed for several hours as forensic work was carried out, but has now reopened.
